CDS has grown to become one of the largest contract furniture dealers in the southeast and is ranked amongst the top 100 privately
held companies in Tampa Bay. But it is most proud of its employees, many of which have been with the company for over 15 years.
New and Improved
In 2000, CDS expanded into Orlando, leasing an 8,000 ft2
facility, and in 2003 we acquired an additional 5,000 ft2 in the
same building. Fast forward to 2020, we’ve moved into a brand
new high-rise building, with a polished new renovation to go
along with it! This showroom is an impressive 11,703 ft2 and we
have an offsite 22,500 ft2 warehouse in Lake Mary. Our primary
goal in creating this space is to provide an environment that
fuels organizational efficiency while attracting and retaining top
